Policies, Disclaimers, & Other Important Notices
I want our work together to feel safe, clear, and well-boundaried from the start. These notices might not be the most inspiring read, but they help us both understand what to expect and how I hold this space with integrity. Think of them as the practical foundation that allows the magic to happen safely.

Although I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California, the services provided are offered exclusively as coaching, not psychotherapy. This work is designed to support personal growth, embodiment, and spiritual self-discovery, and is not intended to diagnose or treat mental health conditions.
Coaching is a distinct service and is not a substitute for licensed mental health care, counseling, or crisis intervention. If you are seeking therapy or clinical mental health support, I encourage you to connect with a licensed provider in your area.
Please note that coaching services are not subject to the same legal confidentiality protections as psychotherapy under California law.
